      B.I.G. is not, nor has ever been, public domain or free software.
      The registered B.I.G. with it's Digital Key may not be duplicated
      other than for backup purposes. A registered copy of B.I.G. must be
      treated like a book, in that the same registered copy of B.I.G. may
      not be used in more than one computer at the same time, just as a
      book may not be read by more than one person at the same time
      (without making an illegal copy).

      Users are granted a limited license to use the Demo Version,
      of B.I.G. for a unlimited evaluation period, to determine
      if it they want the FULL POWER the Digital Key provides.

      All users are granted a limited license to copy the Demo Version
      of B.I.G. only for the purpose of allowing others to try it,
      subject to the above restrictions as well as these:

	   B.I.G. must be distributed in absolutely unmodified form, in-
	   cluding ALL program, documentation.  DO NOT include the BIG.CFG if
	   it contians YOUR or anyone elses DIGITAL KEY.  The original
	   BIG.CFG without ANYONEs Digital Key is OK to include.  You can
	   make a bad key that doesn't work if you have lost the original,
	   this will make BIG run in Demo mode.

	   B.I.G. may not be included with any other product for any reason
	   whatsoever without permission from Larry Mears.

	   No charge or payment may be levied or accepted for B.I.G.
	   except for media and handling fee max $4.00.
	   B.I.G. must be distributed without the
	   DIGITAL KEY  (which is saved in BIG.CFG file)
	   B.I.G. in Demo Version ONLY may be distributed.

      Bulletin Board system operators may post the unregistered, Demo Version
      of B.I.G. on their BBS for downloading by their users
      without written permission only if the above conditions are met, and
      only if no special fee is necessary to access the B.I.G. files (a
      general fee to access the BBS is ok).



		       REGISTRATION/ORDERING INFORMATION

      Registering B.I.G. allows you to use the advanced features:

       'S' command for altering the color palette
       'G' command Bit Blitting for animation
       'b' command Double the sound effects 10-19
       'N' command Adlib tm sound card commands

      Registered B.I.G. users get the current copy of the B.I.G.
      DIGITAL KEY as a hardcopy printout with simple unlocking instructions.
      Updates to the DIGITAL Key for $4.00 if changed.
      Registered users know they are contributing to the ongoing evolution
      of the B.I.G terminal through their $ and suggestions.
      The most current version will be on GEnie first.

      B.I.G. registration costs $25 US dollars.
